Yes, we are still alive!

Okay, so it's been a while since my last post and a lot has happened since then. About a week before Christmas we moved into our own house. I really hate moving, but now that we are settled, it was all worth it. So, Christmas was fun being in our own place as a family. Burton got the two things he wanted most, GeoTrax airport and a train table. His reaction to GeoTrax airport was hilarious, he was yelling and screaming and was so excited.

The day after Christmas we went down to St. George for a week and that was a blast as well. We spent time with both of our families, which I always love spending time with family. I especially love when Brandon takes work off so we can all be together.

Once we got home from St. George I decided to try to potty train Burton. He did absolutely amazing and pretty much trained himself. I have tried in the past, but I guess he just wasn't ready because this time was SO easy. My MIL told me to not be surprised or frustrated when McKenzie is not that easy because it's not typical for them to potty train that easy.

Yesterday I went snowboarding with my good friend Deb for the first time in like 4 years. It was SO much fun. I forgot how much I love snowboarding and it was so fun to spend some time with my good friend that I don't get to see very often.

As for McKenzie, she is doing well and just growing like a weed. I will post some pics down below.
